But the person who spray painted it might have thought their efforts were artistic and even beautiful. That doesn't make it less of a crime. On the other hand, if you don't want your truck turned into a priceless work of art without your permission, you have a right to not have that done. It is your property. Banksy, and no one else, has a right to fundamentally change it without permission.
