Are you attributing all graffiti to Banksy? Or are you implying Banksy spray painted the truck?
- teddyb82 8y agoDoes Banksy get permission to vandalize people property? I don’t think so.
- chrismatheson 8y agosure, but if he had vandalised the truck it would now be worth more than the business
- trcollinson 8y agoIs that really the sort of argument we want to attribute to crime? I am going to go out on a limb and say that the OP's truck was not spray painted by Banksy. But the person who spray painted it might have thought their efforts were artistic and even beautiful. That doesn't make it less of a crime. On the other hand, if you don't want your truck turned into a priceless work of art without your permission, you have a right to not have that done. It is your property. Banksy, and no one else, has a right to fundamentally change it without permission.
- procinct 8y agoHow would you know or prove it was Banksy?
- heavenlyblue 8y agoI believe Banksy authorizes their artwork. But they do not authorize the display of it in the museums?
- brewtide 8y agohey man, but have you tried their muffins?!?
- ChuckMcM 8y agoTechnically, if Banksy had sprayed the truck it would have become way more valuable than the bakery, after all an original Banksy you could drive around would likely value at the top end of his work.
- x2f10 8y agoHe's saying he was OK with the idea until it directly affected him.
