This seems like an ideal use for self driving technology - park at the tail end of the queue and your car moves itself forward.

- Reason077 8y agoYou can always have an attendant plugging and unplugging the cars (at the busiest stations where queuing is necessary), until that technology is ready. Some gas stations still have pump attendants, after all!
