Yep I think this is a very good idea too. It is a way of reusing existing spectrum space. Besides small cell networks use low powers and being portable they can deployed on demand.

- cogman10 7y agoIt is exactly how networks are being deployed. 5G's biggest advance is short range high speed data transmission at high frequencies. Network operators are going to end up deploying tons of tiny cell transmitters throughout cities. The biggest catch is getting the backbone in place to service all those tiny towers.
