Going from selling one car to selling 100 is a 10000% increase. Is that a meaningful figure? No. All it does is inflate the percieved growth and makes the post look biased and suspect of having an agenda. Values that are useful in such a context is the number of cars sold from other makers in the same segment or the growth of new models from other brands.
