United has a route where the return leg is so short that they make you sit in the plane for an extra hour after you land. The issue is that they're required to take off from Ben Gurion airport before a certain hour to meet the nighttime curfew / noise abatement requirements. But that has the flight landing in SFO an hour before the customs and immigration desks open, and they're not allowed to open the doors until then. Wish there was a way to make this particular flight a little longer...
