That recruiter should have been praised for his honesty... I would have interpreted that as a warning for a company full of twenty-something imbeciles. No one wants to be an unpaid part-time kindergarten teacher in addition to the normal job. Culture fit is a problem with younger colleges only when "culture" implies "juvenile behaviour".
