My understanding is that this is a load of . Basically, if you make 300k and live in a modest room (especially if you buy a modest condo with fiends), you can leave SF with over half a million in 5 years.
- mdeeks 8y agoThis article is about someone with a family that needs more than a room or condo with friends. If you are in the situation where you can live in a condo with friends then you will do a lot better. Raising a family and owning a home dramatically raises expenses.
