- cure 8y agoWe don't do bioinformatics workflows in Go (yet?) but we sure as hell run the (CWL) workflows with Go on Arvados: https://arvados.org https://arvados.org.
- totalperspectiv 8y agoArvados looks really cool! I haven't seen that before. It might actually be exactly the workflow tool I didn't know I needed!
