I like the idea of your device giving out fake advertising id's out.
- ignoramous 8y agoThere's more than ad-ids to fingerprinting a user [0]. For instance, MAC addresses (wifi, Bluetooth), IMEI, GPU based fingerprinting techniques, scanning for apps installed, WiFi networks connected to, location, and so on. You need to fake a lot of things to be scot-free from this madness. It's ashtonishing, really [1].
