While I agree that's the new brand message, I don't think that necessarily means that Apple's TV content is only going to be family oriented. Some of the clips they showed in the video don't look like it would be appropriate for kids. They were negotiating to get a violent TV show according to CNBC [1]. And Apple's iTunes store has already sold movies and TV shows that were for mature audiences, so I doubt they're going to place any restrictions on what kind of content they're going to buy.
