- sk0g 8y ago"I posed no risk to other people, the police obviously didn't stop me because of my sexuality." Being on drugs is not illegal, doing (or having) drugs is. Do you think the police want you scared of calling for help, in case you need it? Scared of calling ambulances in case they have to hand you over to the police? What a thoroughly ridiculous notion you are VERY set on.
- JumpCrisscross 8y ago> Being on drugs is not illegal FYI, this varies from state to state based on internal possession laws [1]. [1] https://definitions.uslegal.com/i/internal-possession/ https://definitions.uslegal.com/i/internal-possession/
- dondawest 8y agoI didn't write that, you're making a straw-man argument. Also, I'm not set on any particular notions. Have you ever done meth in the Bay Area and walked past tons of cops? If so, then you are educated enough to speak on the issue. What has your experience been with doing meth in the Bay? And how specifically does it differ from mine?
- manigandham 8y agoI don’t understand why you said you were surprised the cops didn’t stop you when you pose no risk, and why you think that means they enabled you?
- dondawest 8y agoI didn't say they enabled me personally. I was surprised the cops didn't stop me when I posed no risk because that was not the case in other countries and cities.
