1.5M for a brand new house in Mountain View ?
That's a bargain.
/s
- Bud 8y agoI don't think the /s is really required. It actually is a bargain.
- tehlike 8y ago1.5 initial tag. If market picks back up, it will go to highest bidder.
- asdf333 8y agoyea you can remove that /s....
- gumby 8y agotown house, not standalone house with a yard
- burfog 8y agoIt's odd that they would debase it like this. Even if getting the floor space means you have to build a place with 3 stories above and 2 basements below, that seems like a better plan. Being unattached from neighbors is highly desirable.
- xnyan 8y agoIt's why I live in a less exciting and not as progressive geographic location. I could not afford to have a buffer space around my house in new york or california and for me I value my solitary personal home with yard and trees over some (really great) economic and cultural benefits that would come from living in other more expensive regions.
- jweir 8y agoA proper town home has a yard and no garage - but I don’t usually see those being built in CA.
- anbop 8y agoIt’s a townhome, so pretty much market price.
