Interviews Lead to a Diseased Brain:-)

Just a hopefully humorous personal anecdote. I have been preparing and taking interviews for full stack the past few months with not much luck. Head is filled with DP, palindromes, zigzagging binary trees and other perfectly useless stuff. To a person with a hammer, the world's a nail, you know. Today is my birthday. Wife, a Chinese said will make a Fan Bing. Its a pancake that is flipped while cooking. Because its flipped, my luck will also flip and I will have good luck from today - so says my wife. At this point the affected algo mind took over: flip once, ok. What if she ends up flipping two times? Then, back to bad luck! So an odd number of flips is good, even number no good. So, told my wife to make sure its flipped odd number of times. Will report back the results in a few days. Small sample size, I know, but something better than nothing....
