- nestorD 8y agoSame here, it seems that amazon has improved its protection and changed its ebook format to harden it against DRM removal.
- crispinb 8y agoEasy enough to bypass by staying with an older version of the Kindle client. This downloads books in a format that Calibre (amongst others) can strip DRM from. There are instructions on the Calibre help site somewhere.
- jpindar 8y agoThey changed the format of the files they send to your kindle or to a kindle app/software, but it is still possible to manually download the old format from the list of your books on the Amazon website.
