My own "you'll never get another chance to do that to me again" was when I migrated an organisation from Microsoft Exchange to Google Mail and Apps. It was great with Outlook Connector for Gmail, then they killed it. I will never take the risk of committing to a Google product in a professional setting ever again. It hurts the organisation, and it hurts me.
