The keyboard of my sister's brandnew mbp is literally falling apart. She uses a cheap bluetooth keyboard she puts on top of the mbp's keyboard. She still claims Apple makes the best notebooks. I'm totally enthralled by how Apple keeps their users locked in in their parallel universe and pay the premium price.
