What are the global load balancing options other than Cloudflare? AWS, GCP, DO, Linode have managed load balancers, but they would not load balance to external origin servers. The feature set I'm looking for is: - proxies traffic (not a DNS failover service) - uses a healthcheck URL to check the health of origin servers. Removes unhealthy origin from the rotation quickly - when an origin returns a non-success status code, retry with another origin (GCP supports this, Cloudflare does not)
