Ask HN: Does anyone have experience w/ E3 Visa for Aussie Nationals?

Looks like an E3 might be easier than an H1-B. Anyone have experience with it? Here's a URL I found on it: http://www.visabureau.com/america/e3-visa.aspx Related question: Can anyone tell me: - Do you have a great immigration attorney I could talk to?
