In my experience, OKRs should be set, in part, by negotiation with the other teams who are interdependent with your own.
- hrktb 8y agoIt still can become tricky as each team's OKR doesn't have the same weight. It's not unusual that a team holds a requirement for several other teams, but that requirement is not as valued for them as their team mission. Negotiations are done assuming they accomplish everything planned, but of course in practice it doesn't go that way.
