If it's been 18 years since you had a burger, I'm not sure you're the expert on what's closest to meat.
- scott_s 8y agoYou have to consider the set of alternative available to the person. If you're considering people who do eat meat, and want something that is close-enough to meat as a substitute, then yes, I am not a good judge of that. But if you're considering people who do not eat meat, and want something that's as close as they can get of things that are not meat, then I think I am an expert since over the past 18 years I have had many different varieties of that thing.
