So, basically arguing for flexible deadlines, which totally makes sense.
But if your product or service is tied to an inflexible deadline like an event, you'll probably need to manage with strict deadlines to uphold your end of the contract in time.
- mratzloff 7y agoThis is true, but those events are few and far between in most cases, and usually publicizing far in advance is a mistake when the work is not at some late stage of development. I think this was probably one of the better articles I've read about leadership; but then, it confirms most of what I believe.
