- karmakaze 8y agoI was hoping this was a joke thinking that "Environment and Climate Change Canada" was made up too. The name's real. Climate change folks have to do better PR. Don't release info on April 1 if you want to be taken seriously and not get lost in the noise. "Government report scheduled for release on Tuesday"--could still be a joke.
