How long ago was that? What were your salary increases (%) in future years at that company?
I'm asking because it doesn't seem reasonable to say "don't expect another raise" and expect people to be happy.
- ypkuby 8y agoIt was 4 years ago. I have since moved on from said employer. They had been engaging in some questionable business practices, and I had moral issues remaining there. I had never received any raise since then.
