- agentultra 8y agoWell if you want to play that game then how do we know the person who's relying on their instincts and intuitions isn't lying either? Who do we believe? I didn't suggest using metrics to make anyone accountable but using them as leverage to empower your team. What would be the point of gaming those metrics? Nobody would profit from lies and if you're checking the providence of your data, in the case of Gitprime your own repository, then identifying a culprit would be rather easy.
