How does it compare performance-wise to other tools with similar goals? Seeing this is written in 100% python, I suspect it will be an order of magnitude slower.
- bihla 8y agoThe python code only carries out translation into Perl. The actual execution of the text transformation is Perl, which is generally the fastest of the available tools.
