This stuff matters. I was fortunate enough to join a [trial](https://www.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT00636168 https://www.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT00636168) for Yervoy the summer before it was approved by the FDA. Based on my reading of the outcomes, there's a 1-in-4 chance that I'd be dead if I hadn't gotten the drug through that trial. (It was initially double-blind but has since been unblinded, so I know I was dosed with it.)
