- sieabahlpark 8y agoPretty sure that'll show up in the X-ray.
- arcticbull 8y agoAre they X-raying people now?
- isostatic 8y agoNo. It would show up on a good old fashioned metal detector that we had in the 80s and 90s though
- Sir_Substance 8y agoHrm, that's interesting. I went through Schipol a few days ago and don't recall having to go through a metal detector. Nude body scanner yes, metal detector no. Maybe I just wasn't looking?
- jacobush 8y agoIf you went through something looking like a big gate?
- Sir_Substance 8y agoNot that I recall, no.
- mch82 8y agoThe scanner replaced the metal detector. Some places have both.
- EForEndeavour 8y agoTo my knowledge, those "nude body" scanners (millimeter-wave or X-ray backscatter) can detect suspicious irregularities underneath clothing, but they do not specifically detect metals, and cannot search body cavities.
