- thaumasiotes 8y agoHuffing? They're saying that as the operator of a pay phone service you have several legal obligations and you will be subject to possibly stiff penalties if you don't comply and someone complains. I'd be pretty surprised if their lawyers would let them discuss this scheme without emphasizing that.
