- skybrian 8y agoUnfortunately, the documentation doesn't need to be open source, and often isn't. (For example, in the building industry.)
- jimktrains2 8y agoSame with HIPPA. If a standard is required by law, access shouldn't be gated and the document should have the same copyright status as law.
