I think you mean less than. The wikipedia article that you listed said that "approximately 100 people knew about Junko Furuta's captivity" and that only some of them participated in the rape.
Still, that's quite horrifying.
- innocentoldguy 8y agoI'll have to check. I've read a lot about this case and I know there is some conflicting information on the Internet about it. I remember reading on a Japanese site that it was around 100 men who raped her. If I can find an English citation, I'll add it. Either way, what that girl suffered was horrific and it didn't need to be that way, had the police done their job.
