- muditmudit 8y agoMy company has ranges of pay for different locations for the same position. I guess it takes cost of living into account. I have the same pay grade. If I convert my current salary from Euros to US Dollars, then my annual salary went down, but my residual take home amount (after taxes, rent, few utilities) went up.
