Similar story here. Company was purchased recently, new health benefits are messing people up, and most of the staff lost anywhere from 20% to 60% of their compensation.
I am trying to move on, but I can not solve data structures/algorithms on white boards with people staring over my shoulder. :|
- aitchnyu 8y agoMy interviewees wrote code by hand, but on a paper on a desk, seated opposite me. Surely you can ask for this less stressful alternative?
- Washuu 8y agoI would not necessarily describe it as stress. Just more of a complete break down of the mental process and over thinking of what I am doing.
