Yeah, this is a good point. Then again, I worry that the current social/political climate isn't a good one for people on the autistic spectrum (or neurodiversity) in general. Someone in this situation would already potentially be a whole lot of trouble (especially if the offendee goes on the internet with the complaints), neurodiversity hiring program or not.
