- ReptileMan 8y agoYou have no choice. First the install base of old models is huge and actually quite safe. 777 hasn't had a single crash yet (I don't count the hull losses of Malaysian as crashes). 787 is amazing plane. And airbus cannot ramp up production enough to fill the whole midrange single isle market. So Boeings will be bought by airlines. Or the exopansions will be crippled and tickets will fly trough the roof.
