That doesn't make any sense at all. No middle class person will be able to move into Boulder where the average home price is over $1 million. If someone moves out of there a middle class person wont be able to move in at that price point.
- AnthonyMouse 8y agoIt costs over $1 million because the existing owners aren't selling, because they don't have better properties to buy instead. Provide those and the existing properties go on the market, and once there are more of them on the market they can no longer command a million dollars.
