- milquetoastaf 8y agoYep. That's all it is. Just some staircases. Cost a couple million dollars and was endlessly hyped by the city and architectural press. Just some staircases - nothing more. Why write articles about it? It's just staircases! It's not related to any issues at all with the city - just some staircases that showed up one day!
