One of the first mainstream, non-gaming applications for VR has got to be meetings.
- jgrahamc 8y agoHow's that going to work? Am I going to see avatars of my colleagues in 3D, or alternatively am I going to see actual images of my colleagues all wearing Oculus Rifts? Either way it's going to be weird.
- temp129838 8y agoAvatars. The main benefit over videoconferencing today would be meetings for remote collaboration e.g. hard to do remote "brainstorm together on a white board" type meetings remotely.
