This is exactly why I propose equal opportunity, not equal outcome. Everyone should be free to pursue a profession that interests them, without artificial cultural hurdles like racism and sexism. At the same time however, we as society should not EXPECT that women (or men) will equilibrate over time. If there are differences, let them be. But ensure equal opportunity.
