- PaulHoule 8y agoAlso the issues of paying for it. You could say private health insurance is bad, but just try Medicaid. The helping relationship is fundamentally difficult too. Some people are going to do the wrong thing and face consequences if they do. Sometimes what you think is the right thing is really the wrong thing and vice versa. You can't take responsibility for someone else's life in the end.
