The trope of "the US subsidizes healthcare for everyone else" has no basis in reality. Drug production is not operating at a loss in Germany.
- rticesterp 8y agoDrug production does not equal drug development. The later is much more expensive and not guaranteed to go to market.
- cyborgx7 8y agoFair enough, but the way I meant it, included R&D in the production costs.
