I have a moral obligation not to eat pasta because there is less environmentally damaging food available and it's also probably doing some non-zero amount of harm to my body compared to something healthier so since I may feel a tiny bit worse therefore I'll have less potential energy to help someone in need or have a lower probability of assisting a disabled person when I next encounter one.
