- alexandre_m 8y agoPopulation density, growing market, supply/demand. If you're close to the center, it's more expensive. What kind of area do you live in Scotland?
- ck425 8y agoEdinburgh City Centre. I was referring to the fees being such a large % of transactions. Both my properties cost 1-2% in total fees.
- clojurestan 8y agoThere was a thread a few days ago about a lawsuit against the National Association of Realtors, who are usually the largest part of these transaction costs.
