In fact the not-so-fine print in the user manual says to keep your hands on the wheels, but the promotional material tells a different story, as does Musk when he takes his hands off the wheel on national television.
- salawat 8y agoHonestly, I'm surprised a false advertising case hasn't been pursued if this is the case. Marketing practices this inaccurate are well outside the puffery defense.
