Ask HN: Tough choice in educational career
I've been using hacker news for a whole year now. I have a difficult choice to make in my educational path (Romanian education). For those outside the country of the subject may find this post useless. Lately I have been offered a better choice in highschool B, since I got in this technical high school A because I failed my entrance exams (failed miserably). High school A
is a technical and subjects around electronics and automations (I am thankful for amazing teachers) but since I got so invested in computer science and the subject of it (I should not even be here if I am not in the domain of computer science and IT).
Does high school education matter? Should I switch to computer science? How important is highschool for college and career?
Edit: thank you so much for reading this (I appreciate a lot and sorry for disrupting the signal to noise ratio for the forum)
Edit 2: Highschool A - if I work hard would get a bachelor in physics ,become expert in telecommunications and also have English qualification (intense class)
Highschool B - if I work hard then I would get a bachelor in physics (but harder physics) and in computer science. (But no English diploma)
