Also the low rates of smoking in NL undermines you because it directly demonstrates that legalisation doesnt lead to high uptake.
- rbinv 8y agoCannabis is not actually legal in the Netherlands (rather somewhat "tolerated"), but your point is still mostly valid as there's no real reason for people not to smoke if they want to.
