Maybe, but I expect you'd rarely ever see it due to the personal element. Podcasts are similarly valuable once they have a regular roster of advertisers but you almost never see them getting bought/sold because they're too associated with the hosts.
- hayksaakian 8y agoI've registered a patreon account years ago that has no sentimental value to me, and I assume many others are in the same boat. Much like social media accounts, which are bought and sold regularly, there's now a market for patreon accounts.
- emilfihlman 8y agoThat's true but a transition period can change that, not to mention that some content is not creator dependent, especially if anonymous.
