There's some stronger similarities between Ruby and Rust than some might expect. Ruby is obviously a lot less strict, but both seem obsessed with providing every method that could possibly save you time. Ruby's Enumerators and Rust's Iterators in particular are almost excessively comprehensive. You don't write many loops in either language.
Also they both use this_casing_style for most identifiers and ThisOne for types.
