The Australian Tax Office, Aussie Medicare and the my.gov.au site all use Google Analytics! Unless you use countermeasures (I have Privacy Badger installed), Google is getting quite a bit of information from your use of the sites, even if all they get is the metadata. It's freaking nuts.
