GDPR aside, the most annoying thing I saw was Polish 'Agencja Wywiadu' (the CIA equivalent) having a recruitment page[1] stating how careful people should be when applying. To not tell friends, to do it in person etc. and when you look at it, the whole page is filled with tracking from Facebook, Twitter and Google. I tweeted at them but they don't seem to care...
